We aim to fulfill most orders within a couple of days. Ideally we recommend minimum 2 weeks notice for most celebration cakes. The earlier you book the better, especially around the festive and wedding seasons. Please call or WhatsApp on 07727403757 to discuss availability.

We require 25% deposit which is not refundable in event of cancellation. However the 25% can be used as credit for future purchase. Please call or WhatsApp us on 07727403757 to discuss payment options.

Our aim is to meet your needs so if you need to amend your order, we will do our best to accommodate that within a reasonable time frame. Please call or WhatsApp us on 07727403757 or to discuss this. Some changes may incur further cost which can be discussed when you contact us.

Please be aware all of our cakes do contain eggs and wheat flour therefore not suitable for vegans or those on gluten free diets.

Some of our cakes do contain nuts, seeds, milk, soya. We can customise most of our cakes upon request to suit most dietary needs by removing certain ingredient from most of our recipes.

We do take utmost care to avoid contamination. However, there is always the slight risk of traces of allergens, therefore we do not recommend our products to people with severe allergies.

As a buyer, it's solely your responsibility to ensure that the cake is suitable for those who will consume it.

We do understand that circumstances can change and events may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. However as an independent baker, quality is very important to us therefore we only take on the limited number of orders so we can maintain our high standards.

Consequently, by taking on your order, we may  turn away other business, as well as potentially incurring costs in relation to your order.

If you would like to cancel an order, 25% of the total cost of the order will not be refundable. That 25% will be given to you as store credit which can be used for future purchase of our products.

If you cancel within 5 days of delivery we are not obliged to give any refund.

If we choose to give a refund or alternatively a store credit, we do so at our sole discretion and reserve the right to deduct any reasonable costs, including opportunity cost from orders turned down.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your order for any reason, we will refund the full price to you. We will not be liable for any costs or damages beyond the amount paid for the cake.
