We do understand that circumstances can change and events may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. However as an independent baker, quality is very important to us therefore we only take on the limited number of orders so we can maintain our high standards.
Consequently, by taking on your order, we may turn away other business, as well as potentially incurring costs in relation to your order.
If you would like to cancel an order, 25% of the total cost of the order will not be refundable. That 25% will be given to you as store credit which can be used for future purchase of our products.
If you cancel within 5 days of delivery we are not obliged to give any refund.
If we choose to give a refund or alternatively a store credit, we do so at our sole discretion and reserve the right to deduct any reasonable costs, including opportunity cost from orders turned down.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your order for any reason, we will refund the full price to you. We will not be liable for any costs or damages beyond the amount paid for the cake.
